The AFAQ granted CEIS ISO 9001-2000 certification in December 2002, making it the first company in this sector to be awarded this class of certification (See the interview with the Quality Manager)) .

The goals of the quality policy implemented by CEIS are to guarantee the traceability of information (in particular through its information capitalisation system), share best professional practices (Code of Best Practices) and adopt a "project mode" approach to its activities.
