The Territorial Development department capitalises on the existing competencies within CEIS. Thus, it can connect :

- transversal expertise (information systems, risk analysis, European lobbying, etc.).

• Strategic studies for setting up clusters in the aeronautical, space, defence, information technology, digital imaging and agrifoods sectors.
• Installation of independent and shared monitoring units: Decilor®, the regional economic intelligence unit for the Lorraine Region.
• Studies for the European Stratinc Programme aimed at implementing technical-economic monitoring programmes within economic development agencies in five countries: Finland, Spain, Germany, Greece and France.
