• CEIS undertakes to remain strictly within the law in its activities.

• In order to avoid any conflicting interests, CEIS shall refrain from working for two competing companies. It shall inform its clients if it is contacted during an assignment by another company working in the same sector of activity. For this purpose, it has drawn up a code of ethics binding it to its clients, suppliers and correspondents.

• CEIS is a signatory to the code of ethics of the FEPIE (French federation of economic intelligence professionals).
